Home values have risen by an average of 6,3% in the first quarter of 2016 which is the highest increase in 8 years and this is set to continue due to the increase in property hunters flocking to Spain. Properties which had previously been on the market for over 5 years have now been snapped up at great prices but owners are now realising that the demand for property here in Marbella is high and prices are now on the increase. New build properties are sold out before they are built as the banks are now guaranteeing the work will be done within the specified time lines given by the developers.
